Connect your company’s information to AI with pre-built integrations
Your company’s information sits in different systems. Qaicu combines it and makes it usable by AI.
Information from finance, sales, projects, production, HR and other business sources forms a shared, intelligent information base. Qaicu’s AI agents, analyses and workflows draw on this base.
Automatic integrations keep the information Qaicu uses up to date.
Below are Qaicu’s pre-built integrations and the kinds of information they let you use.
Financial data, directly available to AI
Qaicu integrates with your accounting system and brings in its data, dimensions and master data. AI can then analyse them right down to individual accounting entries.
Qaicu can link figures with other business information. From there, it can work out why things changed and point out what is worth acting on.

Open API: connect your own systems to Qaicu too
Not every information source in your company needs to be on the list of pre-built integrations.
With Qaicu’s open API, you can bring in information from your own systems, industry-specific software or services you have built yourself.
That way, Qaicu can act as a shared information base for AI, even when your company uses many different systems.
MCP connection: use Qaicu’s information where you already work
Integration isn’t only about bringing information into Qaicu.
You can also connect Qaicu to the AI assistant you use. The assistant then has access to your company’s information, reports and analysis tools. You don’t have to switch between services mid-task.
So you ask about your company’s figures in the assistant you already work in. Qaicu acts as a governed information source in the background. The technical name for the connection is MCP (Model Context Protocol), and it works with assistants such as Claude.

Your company’s information stays under your control
When you connect your company’s information to AI, security and permissions have to be part of that connection.
Qaicu stores customer-specific information in the EU. It is not used to train AI models or to serve other customers. Qaicu processes each customer’s information separately and deletes it when the customer stops using the service.
With role-based permissions, you decide which information each user and AI agent can access. Not everything connected to Qaicu has to be visible to everyone. For example, you restrict HR, salary and other confidential information to the people who should have access to it.
